The ISAF document "Rule 42 Common Breaches - Finn" paper has been revised following some penalties at the ISAF SWC Miami due to 'boom dipping' actions and questions from sailors. IFA asked ISAF for clarification on the situation. Please refer to the text in red in the following document.
